It does not require you to be super feet or have any previous trekking / mountaineering experience. If you are healthy and can walk 5 to 6 hours everyday, you can do this hiking.
However, daily jugging or walking exercise is useful before you depart. Our program always include rest days and build up gradually, in order to acclimatize to the altitude. Along the trekking routes, you can go at your own pace, with plenty of stops for resting.

Pokhara lakeside located at 210 kilometers west of Kathmandu. During the journey, you can drive over the beautiful terraced fields with river valley to Pokhara. Having stunning weather, Pokhara is tourist’s hub full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as blue lakes, mystical caves, ancient temples of Buddhist and Hindus along with mountains. You can observe views to the north across the hills and Phewa Tal (lake) to the white peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. You can also take a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara instead of drive.Day 04 : Drive to Nayapul (1010m) then trek to Tikhedunga village (1,570m/5,150 ft), 4 hours
The first-day trek start at Nayapull after 1 and a half hour driving by private vehicle from Pokhara. After 20 minutes short walk along the banks of the Modi Khola, we reach Birethanti (1015m) a large village that has many shops and teahouses inhabitance of Gurung, Magar, and Thakali.
Trail continues following the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola through villages and climbs steadily up the side of the valley to Hille and after the short climb, we reach Tikhedhunga. Today’s treks offer a short and comparatively easy day, during the journey allowing getting used to the experience of trekking in Nepal.Day 05 : Ghorepani trekking (2,840m/9,315 ft), 6 hours
After breakfast, we begin our journey with a steep climb to large Magar village at Ulleri (2070m) after a crossed bridge. Then the trail leads us to continue to ascend more gently, through dense forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti (2250m). Occasionally, we can see Lonmgur (long tail black mouth Monkey) jumping on the tree. Then we trek towards Nangethanti (2460m), after an hour walk we arrive at Ghorepani (2840m).Day 06 : Hike up to Poon Hill (3,210m/10,497 feet). Trek to Dobato (4020m/13,146 feet), 6 hours
Hike to Poon Hill (3210m) early in the morning to get sunrise; this viewpoint provides beautiful sunrise over the high Annapurna Himalayas such as Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Annapurna (8,091m), Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri, Hiuchuli, South Annapurna etc. along with other peaks in a single row. We come back to Ghorepani for a hot breakfast and start walking over Deurali and continue our journey to ascend Dobato. Stay overnight at a guest house run by community.Day 07 : khopra Danda trek / Khopra ridge hike (3,660m/11,969 feet), 6:30 hours
We walk through the beautiful rhododendron and oak forest & off the beaten trek of the Annapurna region while staying at community-based lodges. This is a lovely walk through following a trail originally used by villagers to take their buffaloes, sheep, and goats to the higher pastures in the summer months.
The trail starts to ascend above the tree line and follows a ridgeline called Khopra ridge where the community lodge is located. From the lodge, the view to the west is dominated by Mount Dhaulagiri at 8,167m is the seventh highest mountain in the world.Day 08 : Khayar lake hiking (4,600m/15,042 feet) & (visit Kalibaraha holy Lake and Annapurna south glacier)
A tough day to hike to get Khayar – kalibaraha holy lake. The trail to Khayar lake is a tough ascent through alpine meadows and pastures then as one approaches Kopra Ridge top hill station, one sees the beautiful Annapurna South with beautiful landscapes.
The trail offers the full panorama of Mount Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Fang and Annapurna South with beautiful majestic mountains. Not only this but also you will have an amazing view of Kali Gandaki river far below on deep valley.Day 09 : Trek descend to Chhistibung (3100m/10,137 feet), 6 hours
Today, we descend the same way through rhododendron forest to Chhistibung.Day 10 : Trek Dobato to Ghandruk village (1940m/6,344 feet) via Tadapani (2520m/8,240 feet), 7 hours
The trail goes downhill walking gently along ridges with pine and rhododendron forests to Tadapani village, then a descent through main trekking route with the beautiful waterfall, stream, and dense forest to the Bhaisekharka.
The stream has some clear pools alongside the trail and we walk further downhill to Ghandruk village. Ghaundrung village the second largest Gurung settlement in Nepal, an inhabitant of Gurung people. Ghandruk village offers excellent sunrise with mountains changeable face. If you have time enough than visiting Gurung museum.Day 11 : Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapull village, Drive to Pokhara (950m/3,107 feet) 3:45 hours
Today is our last day of trekking; we complete our trek in Nayapull at the elevation of 1010m, short and easy walking through the beautiful rice terraces with tiny villages combine with mixed ethnic group settlement. As soon as you reach Nayapool Bazaar, we take a private taxi (roughly drive 1 and half hour) or private car followed by a ride back to Pokhara, a peaceful lakeside city harboring a unique setting of tropical climate and vegetation with the dramatic backdrop of the Himalayas.Day 12 : Explore day around Pokhara Valley
After late breakfast, we will start sight scene around Pokhara valley. The worth able places; Fewa Lake, Bagnes Lake, Devi’s waterfall, Bishwa Shanti Stupa (World Peace stupa ), International Mountaineering Museum, Tibetan refugee settlement, and Gupteshower cave. We will relax the rest of the day in the Hotel or Shopping around.Day 13 : Drive out to Kathmandu early in the morning by Tourist Bus 6 to 7 hours Day 14 : Drop you to the international airport Kathmandu

Answer: Khayar lake combine with Poonhill is suitable for keen trekkers/walkers who are able to walk around 5 – 6 hours in a day, with a lightweight rucksack somehow about 3000M above sea level.
Answer: We provide you tourist standard or luxury hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and during the trekking, there would be normal hotel accommodation which offers basic clean facilities with a mattress and blanket. We can also offer you sleeping bags if needed (which need to return after the trip) but it is always a better idea to own sleeping equipment.
Answer: All the guest houses/lodges in the trekking they have attached restaurant and they cook a delicious range of mostly vegetarian such as Pasta, tuna bakes, noodles, potatoes, eggs, dhal bhat, bread, soups, fresh vegetables (variety depends on the season).
The dinner and breakfast are provided in the same lodge you spend the night every day and Lunch will be provided on the way to next place where you are going.
Answer: There are community-based lodges where you can get showers for free. If you are in Camping trekking – we provide you hot water bucket then you will take the bucket shower.
Answer: During the trekking route there are all places hotel and shops where you can able to buy mineral water and you can buy it for drinking but however we advise against buying mineral water in plastic bottles, as currently there are no provisions for disposing of these. Instead, we provide you boiled water or bringing chlorine tablets to purify the normal water as the normal water is available in campsite/along the way in the camping trekking.
Answer: During the community-based guest house trekking there will be chances to charge your battery. We recommend you bring an extra pair for in case. Remember to bring your adapters!
