It is not necessary for any previous trekking or mountaineering experience and also it is not necessary that you must be young and energetic to do this trekking. If you are healthy and can walk 5 to 6 hours daily, you can easily do this trekking.
It would be more good to do daily jogging or walking exercise is useful before you leave your country. Our program has been prepared including the rest day and build up gradually, in order to acclimatize to the altitude. On the trek, you can go at your own pace, with plenty of stops for rest. This is a part of the Great Himalayan Trail (GHT) trek in Nepal.

Our representative will give you information about further programs. As your request, we go to a short walk around the old city area.Day 02 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu. Trek preparation!
Full day guided sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley Tour including Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa and Swayambhunath Stupa also known as monkey temple which is World Heritage Sites listed by UNESCO. The rest of the time, you can prepare your trekking gears.Day 03 : Drive from Kathmandu to Syange (1100m/3,597 ft), estimated 9 hours.
We begin our long drive to Syange early in the morning. During the journey, we get to enjoy the countryside of Nepal with its green hills, winding rivers, terraced farms and of course the beautiful Himalayas. And overnight at the Guesthouse.Day 04 : Trek from Syange to Dharapani (1,960m/6,409 ft), 7 hours
We enter Manang district after crossing a large bridge near Tal. The trail passes through barley, rice and potato fields; and the waterfalls continue to accompany us even today. We also pass through the village of Kodo before reaching Dharapani which is one of the biggest villages in the Manang valley. Overnight in Dharapani.Day 05 : Trek from Dharapani to Chame Bazaar (2630m), 6 hours
During our hiking today, we pass Bagarchhap village which is the first truly Tibetan style village we will come across with flat, firewood covered roofs, and prayer flags blowing in the wind. Then trek goes over the rough hill with quite a bit of up and down, crossing the river several times on good bridges. Reaching the town of Chame, one of the larger settlements of the area will allow us to have a hot shower. Chame is the administrative headquarters for the Manang area and is also known for its healing thermal baths and interesting architecture.Day 06 : Trek from Chame to Pisang (3190m), 5 hours
Today, we will have a shorter hiking day ahead of us. The landscape between Chame and Pisang changes notably, and soon we will be walking through subalpine terrain which is an Alpine interface. The early part of today’s walk will take us through large forests and past the massive, 1500-meter rock face called Paungda Danda. Pisang proper is a cluster of homes with a few nice lodges and plenty of activity in the fields.Day 07 : Trek to Manang (3500m)(Lower Route 5 hours) or 8 hours (Higher Route)
There are two trekking trail to reach Manang. We choose the higher route through Upper Pisang via Geru as it guarantees outstanding views of Mt. Annapurna, Pisang Peak, and others. But it depends upon your fitness because walking over higher routes takes roughly about 9 hours to reach Manang while the lower route rates only 8 hours. As you are getting closer to Manang, the climate becomes more cold and dry. However, a short visit to Barge Monastery, the biggest monastery of Manang District should cheer us up. Overnight in Manang.Day 08 : Acclimatization ! Or discovering Manang
It is essential to spend time for acclimatization in this area. There are splendid views of the peaks from both Manang and Braga villages. Manang is a large village situated on a rise immediately across the huge Gangapurna glacier. A beautiful emerald lake lies at its foot. There are plenty of good walks in the area and for at least a couple of hours, you can try to climb as high as possible above the village.
Side trips are recommended to a small summit with prayer flags about an hour above Braga village, up the ridge behind Manang village. It is also possible to walk up the valley towards Tilicho Lake to the village of Khangsar. In addition, it is worth visiting the Manang Gompa or, if it is open, visits the clinic run by the (HRA) Himalayan Rescue Association. They often have talked about altitude in the afternoon. There are also shops to explore for souvenirs.Day 09 : Trek from Manang to Siri Kharka (4060m/15,238 ft), 5 hours
We exit Manang heading out through the western gates and follow the path down to the river. We cross the river and continue walking on its southern side through coniferous forest. After reaching Kangsar Village we walk further up towards Siri Kharka and pass a monastery on the way. The uphill walk could be tiring but we will have Gungang Himal and Mount Chulu in the backdrop to keep us company. Overnight in Siri Kharka guest house.Day 10: Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4140m/13,583ft): 5-6 hours
The trail from Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp is not very steep but physically strenuous. It could be exhausting as we have to walk on narrow paths in loose scree and landslide area. Our trail goes through the middle of the landslide area whereby we can see impressive rock formations along the trail. Stay overnight in Tilicho Base Camp hotel.Day 11: Hike to Tilicho Lake (4920m/16,088 ft). Descend to Tilicho Base Camp, 8 hours
Walk continue along the journey, leave the lake here and aim for a small saddle in the ridge above. The path is rather steep the first pass Reach and descends to a valley on the other side. Follow it upwards and step on to a flat dry glacier where has no crevasses. Follow its left side upwards, leave it where an obvious saddle westward is visible. Walk over through this watershed, where is a little lake.
Continue ahead on a faint path, lose a little altitude, and then gain another saddle. On the other side, one descends into a small valley that turns south. Coming out of it you can reach the western shore of Tilicho Lake. We spend some time exploring the lake and we descend downhill to Tilicho Base Camp to stay overnight.
Tilicho pass trek route is an adventure high pass trek takes 1 night 2 days to cross after Tlicho lake to Jomsom. Best for camping trek in Nepal to see various wildflowers and testing your body fitness. There are no teahouses until Jomsom Bazaar in Kali Gandaki valley. Young and experienced trekkers can reach Jomsom airport passing Thini Gaon walking about 10 tough hours. Most groups spend two nights between Tilicho lake to Jomsom Bazaar. There are two passes leading to Thini Gaon and Jomsom; Mesokanto La and Tilicho North pass known also as Tilicho “Tourist pass”. According to Gokyo Treks Nepal, both trek routes passing tilicho lake often closed in winter time because of a massive snowfall. Its is very difficult pass comparing to Thorong la.Day 12: Descend from Tilicho Base camp to Manang village (3,500m), 6 hours
As we leave Tilicho Base Camp we trek downhill to Kangsar and continue towards Yak Kharka and Manang. The trail passes through ancient old Mani walls in a pleasant meadow. Crossing the small river over the wooden bridge, we ascend all the way to Manang where we stayed on our ascending.Day 13 : Overland drive out from Manang to Besisahar, 9 hours.
After breakfast, We drive out all the downhill from Manang to Besisahar. Stay at hotel.Day 14 : Drive out to Kathmandu, 6 hours and final departure.
Early morning, we drive out to Kathmandu town passing Trishuli river, famous for rafting. Reaching Kathmandu, we drop you to kathmandu airport for your further flights.

Answer: This trekking is suitable for keen trekkers/walkers who are able to walk around 5 – 6 hours in a day, with a lightweight rucksack somehow about 3000M above sea level.
Answer: We provide you 3-star category hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and during the trekking there would be normal hotel accommodation which offers basic clean facilities with a mattress and blanket. We can also offer you sleeping bags if needed (which need to return after the trip) but it is always a better idea to own sleeping equipment.
