Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, we will receive you with private vehicle and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu with breakfast plan. Our representative will give you information about further programs.Day 02: Kathmandu city tour or World heritage sites seeing with tour guide, 6 hours
After breakfast, we start a guided tour to the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu which are landmarks as World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu city with our professional tour guide. The day tour includes the historic Hanuman dhoka Durbar Square (or Basantapur Durbar square or Kathmandu durbar square), the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous ‘Monkey Temple’ (Swayambhunath) and Buddhists shrine Buddha Nath stupa.
It is one of the largest Stupas of Nepal and one of the large stupa in the world. In the afternoon, there will be a pre-trip discussion where we can meet our trek leader and other team members. And transfer to hotel.Day 03: Drive to Arughat (640m/2,093 ft). Further to Soti Khola, 8 hours
Your trekking staff will come to your Hotel early in the morning at 7.00 am to pick you up; from there we have an 8-hour driving journey to Arughat. From Kathmandu to Dhading Besi is a comfortable drive. Further, drive with the dirty road of spending around 4 hours, we reach to Arughat bazaar.
Follow the Budhi Gandaki River toward its point of origin. We pass the village of Morder and Simre to reach Arkhat River. After Arkhat we ascend slowly toward Kyoropani. Camp today nears the confluence of Seti River – an ideal place to take a fresh water bath.Day 04: Trek to Machha Khola (900m/2,943 ft), 5.30 hours.
The trail descends slowly until you climb again to mountain ridge to Almara. Pass the forest trail to arrive at Riden Gaon. The valley here cuts into another side of the river to enter Budhi Gandaki. At Labubesi, the trail follows down to the sandy river bed of Budhi Gandaki. Stay overnight at Machha khola guest house.Day 05: Trek to Jagat (1340m/4,382 ft), 6 hours.
After crossing Machha River and Khrola besi, there is a hot spring called “Tatopani”. The trail follows forested area after this toward Dovan. There is a huge rapid at Budhi Gandaki. As the elevation increases, the rapids and the scenery undergoes a complete transformation. At Jagat, there is a police check-post where your trekking permit will be checked. Stay overnight at the guest house..Day 06: Jagat to Lokpa (2260m/7,390 ft), 6 hours
From Jagat, after descending a long series of stone steps back down to the river, we then climb on wonderful stone steps along a terraced hillside to the small hamlet of Saguleri and Sirdibas, from where we can see the impressive Sringi Himal (7187m). We pass through the charming, villages during the day. Our route continues upstream, and again we have a steep climb to reach Philim Philim is nice place to take lunch. Then there are two trails where one crosses a bridge and heads for Manaslu and the trail for Tsum valley heads right and then ascends for a couple of hours to Lokpa (2260m). Stay overnight at lodge.Day 07: Lokpa to Chumling (2360m/7,717 ft), 7 hours
We take the trail heads down for half an hour before it then ascends steeply up. We then have a half hour descent to the riverside and cross the beautiful wooden bridge, before the final ascent of up to an hour to Chumling. They have a primary level school, a small clinic, with great views of the Ganesh Himal range. We are now in an area of Tibetan culture where they import goods from Tibet.Day 08: Trek to Rachen Bompa (3300m/10,791 ft), 6 hours.
This is a tough and long day of walking but the scenic views of the valley amply compensate for the long walk. Chhokangparo is located at an altitude of 3010m above sea level is situated on flat land and consists of 2 settlements, Chhokang and Paro. From here you can get superb views of the Ganesh Himal range. Some households practice polyandry down here. This area is prominent for its Tibetan Buddhist heritage. Stay overnight in the guest house of Rachen Gumpa.Day 09: Trek to Mu Gompa (3700m/12,099 ft), 5:30 hours
Nile located at an altitude of 3361m above sea level is the last village heading north in the upper Tsum valley. This village is situated on the banks of the Shiar Khola and it consists of large number of households. Mu Gompa is home to a very old monastery and there are no village establishments here. It is located at the highest and farthest point in the Tsum valley. This trail is used to import and export things to and from Tibet. You may come across several yak trains supplying goods to local villages. Stay overnight in the guest house of Mu Gumpa.Day 10: Exploration day on Mu Gomba.
Today we can take excursions to the many snow-covered peaks in the area for the most spectacular views of this trek. Take a Half day walk to the Nunnery and to a small pond a bit further up to Nunnery. Or day a full day trek to Vajyo with your packed lunch as there are no places to buy our lunch. Stay overnight in the guest house in Mu. Gumpa.Day 11: Trek to Rainjam (2600m.) via Chhule (3347m/10,945 ft), 7 hours.
On an entirely descending path. This day you can enjoy glimpses of the Punchen Himal that is unique in shape. This day you continue your descent by retracing the path from your ascent. Stay overnight in the Guesthouse.Day 12: Trek to Gomba Lungdang (3200m/10,464 ft.), 6 hours
On the way you can enjoy views of Manaslu and Ganesh Himal. Gomba Lungdang is home to a beautiful and large monastery that houses monks (all females). Men are not permitted in some areas of this monastery., the most spectacular sunrise through Ganesh Himal range is a magic moment. Stay overnight in Lodge.Day 13: Descend to Ripchet village, 6 hours.
After Breakfast at Gumpa, we take downhill keep our unforgettable and very close views of Ganesh Himal range to Rainjam and then gradual up and downhill to Ripchet, Ripchet is a big village where there are about 70 families living, its one of the most laid-back village in this region, You can find very simple lodges. Stay overnight at Ripchet.Day 14: Trek descend to Lokpa (2240m/7,325 ft), 6 hours.
Trail heads all the way down to Chumling village and then onto Lokpa. You will feel great here having been to a higher altitude. Lokpa a small place where there is just one lodge and we stay there.Day 15: Trek to Deng Phedi (2310m/7,554 ft) 6 hours.
After ascending to a terraced hill of Saguleri and view of Sringi Himal (7177 m). we continue towards Sirish Gaon, Gandaki valley narrows from herewith soaring precipitous walls. We cross the river and ascend up all the way to Deng Phedi. Stay overnight at guest house.Day 16: Trek to Ghap (2100m/6,867 ft) 7 hours.
Follow the trail upstream of Deng River – a tiny village of 4 houses. We walk through a newly built rock tunnel from here, thus avoiding the traditional steep climb. At Ghap, the Tibetan culture begins with Mani stones and chortens all around. Stay overnight at guest house.Day 17: Trek to Lho (3200m/10,464 ft) 7 hours.
After crossing the wooden bridge over Budhi Gandaki we follow the path lined with houses that are interspersed with cultivated fields. At Namru, there is a police check post again. After Namru, across the Hinan river originating from Linda Glacier and continue on to Sho. Naike peak, Manaslu north (7774 m) and Manaslu (8150 m) are visible from here. Tonight we fix the camp near a spring at Lho gaon – a small village. Stay overnight at lodge / guest house.Day 18: Trek to Sama gompa (3500m/11,445 ft) 6 hours.
You will pass the stone gate and long Mani stone wall of the village after Lho with a full view of Peak 29 ahead. You can make a side excursion to Pungen Glacier from here to get a very close up view of Manaslu. Follow the lateral moraine of Pungen Glacier toward Sama. From the village of Sama, it takes another 20 minutes to reach Sama Gompa for night halt. Stay overnight at guest house.Day 19: Trek to Dharamsala – Larke Bazaar (4460m/14,630 ft), 4 hours.
At morning, hike to samdo ridge about 2 or 3 hours as you like to get higher to get a magical view of Mount Manaslu range. Later lunch around 11 pm, start your hikes 20 minutes further that leads down to a wooden bridge. Cross the Bhote Koshi river coming from Bhot of Tibet. Walk across an old mani wall, marks the start of the assault on Larkya La pass.
The trail gently rises through tundra and juniper opposite the enormous Larkya La glacier. An hour of ascending high on the ridge to the right on the edge of a huge gorge, reach Dharmasala. Very basic lodge with limited rooms available to spend overnight.Day 20: Half day Samagaon exploration. Samdo trekking (4500m/14,715 ft) 5 hours
We spend a half day tour here in order to acclimatize and adjust to the thinning of the air and also for the local excursion to visit Birendra lake.
Later Lunch, we climb a terraced hill on the opposite bank of Budhi Gandaki River from here toward a most remote permanent settlement to Samdo. Here amid the most severe conditions of nature live some 200 in forty houses check-by-jowl. Stay overnight at guest house.Day 21: Cross Larkya La (5215m/17,053 ft) and trek Bhimthang (3590 m) 8 hours.
We first climb towards Cho Chanda and then slowly head steeply uphill towards the snowed-up pass. From the top the panorama is magnificent: Himlung Himal (7126 m), Cheo Himal (6820 m), Gyagi Kung, Kang Kuru (6981 m) and the Annapurna II (7937 m). The descent is steep, through moraines, towards Bhimphedi.Day 22: Trek to Tilje (3,900m/12,753 ft) 5 hours.
The route gets easier. We start with a gentle climb through paddy fields towards the small Karcha La pass and descend through big tree and rhododendron forests to Tilje. Stay overnight at guest house.Day 23: Trek to Dharapani (1725m/5,640 ft) 5 hours.
Follow the trail downstream of Marshyangdi River, passing through the scattered villages to reach Dharapani village. We can take a local jeep downhill to reach Besisahar.Day 24: Drive to Kathmandu
After breakfast, At morning time, we drive back through the scenic countryside and during the route will stop for lunch in Besisahar than we drive back to Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu office, refreshments and we drop you to the international airport for your onward flight journey.

Answer: Actually for Tsum valley manaslu trek is suitable for keen trekkers/walkers who are able to walk around 4 or 5 hours in a day, with a lightweight daypack. For this trekking, if you have about the little experience would be better.
Answer: We provide you tourist standard accommodation in Kathmandu and during the trekking routes the rooms are clean with the cozy bed with nice mattress and blankets. However we recommend you to take your own sleeping bags if you have one with you otherwise, you may rent it while you are in Kathmandu.
Answer: All the guest houses along the tsum and nubri valey trekking route, they have attached restaurant and they cook a delicious range of mostly vegetarian such as Pasta, tuna bakes, noodles, potatoes, eggs, dhal bhat, bread, soups, fresh vegetables (variety depends on the season)
The dinner and breakfast are provided in the same lodge you spend the night every day and Lunch will be provided on the way to the next place where you are going.

Answer: During the Tsum valley manaslu trek route there are all places hotel and shops where you can able to buy mineral water and you can buy it for drinking but however we advise against buying mineral water in plastic bottles, as currently there are no provisions for disposing of these. Instead, we provide you boiled water or bringing chlorine tablets to purify the normal water as the normal water is available in campsite/along the way.
Answer: During the lodge trekking there will be more chances to charge the battery. We recommend you bring an extra pair for in case. Remember to bring your adapters! An extra battery will be recommended.
